When and where is the 14th Ahuja Bajaj Symposium?

The 14th edition takes place on 24th and 25th October 2026 at the Eros Hotel, Nehru Place, New Delhi. Two full days of orations, keynote lectures, panels and workshops on recent concepts in diabetes, metabolism and nutrition, organised by the N-DOC and Fortis C-DOC.

What does registration include?

Every category includes entry to both orations and all keynotes, practical exercise demo sessions, conference WiFi, tea and coffee breaks, plus the delegate kit and CME certificate for clinician categories. Workshop seats and the accompanying-person programme carry their own inclusions as listed on the registration page.

When does early-bird pricing end?

Early-bird rates apply until 30 September 2026, after which regular rates apply until 15 October 2026, and on-spot rates on event days. Institutions booking five or more delegates earn 10–20% off through the group-discount ladder on the registration page.

Which payment methods are accepted?

In production, registration fees are paid online in Indian Rupees through the payment gateway chosen by the committee — UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. International delegates paying by card from abroad receive a card payment link on request from the secretariat. (This demonstration website does not process payments.)

Will CME credit hours be offered?

Yes — preceding editions carried accredited CME hours and registration includes a CME certificate. The accredited credit count for the 14th edition is confirmed with the accreditation body nearer the date; write to the secretariat for the latest status.

Is accommodation available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

The Eros Hotel, Nehru Place hosts the symposium and offers preferential rates to delegates. Several partner hotels sit within walking distance — indicative rates and booking guidance are listed on the Venue & Travel page. Rooms are limited, so book early.

How do I reach the venue from the airport or station?

The hotel is roughly 18 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport (45–60 min by cab) and about 400 m from Nehru Place metro station on the Violet Line (5-min walk). The Venue & Travel page maps all arrival options — airport taxi, metro, and rail terminals with indicative times.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Delegate-friendly refund and cancellation rules, including substitution of a colleague at no charge, are published on this website. In short: cancellations on or before 30 September 2026 receive a full refund less an INR 500 processing fee; until 15 October 2026, a 75% refund; after that, registrations stay transferable to a colleague even though the fee is not refundable.
