Privacy policy
This notice explains how the N-DOC Foundation and Fortis C-DOC (together, the "Organisers") handle personal information provided by visitors, delegates, faculty and partners of the 14th Ahuja Bajaj Symposium, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

01What we collect
- Registration data: name, email, phone, designation, institution, city, and the registration category you select.
- Payment data: handled by our Indian payment-gateway partner; the Organisers see only the payment status, reference number and amount — never your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
- Communication data: messages you send to the secretariat by email, phone or the contact form.
- Photographs and session recordings taken at the venue for symposium documentation.
02How we use it
Personal information is used to process registrations, issue receipts and CME certificates, communicate event changes, and — where you opt in — share announcements about future editions of the symposium.
Delegate lists (name and institution only) may be shared with faculty for workshop planning and with partners under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
03What this demo build stores
This demonstration website is deliberately lightweight: the registration draft you type lives only in your own browser's local storage and is cleared when you complete or reset the form; the contact form composes an email in your mail application and transmits nothing to this site. No analytics or advertising trackers are present. The committee's production site will state its final data practices here.
04Retention and security
Registration records are retained for up to three years after an edition for audit, CME-accreditation and tax purposes, then deleted. Access is limited to the secretariat team that needs it. Payment records are retained as required by law.
05Your rights
You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, withdraw a consent, or ask us not to photograph you at the event, by writing to ndocfoundation@gmail.com or the grievance officer below. We respond within 30 days.
