By using this website or attending the 14th Ahuja Bajaj Symposium you agree to these terms. The symposium is organised by the N-DOC Foundation and Fortis C-DOC, New Delhi.

01Registrations
- A registration is confirmed only when payment succeeds and a reference number is issued.
- Each registration admits one named delegate; identity may be verified at the venue.
- Registrations are neither cancellable for cash after the published windows nor transferable for resale — see the refund & cancellation policy for the full rules.
- The Organisers may decline or revoke a registration for conduct that disrupts the scientific programme.
02Educational content
Sessions, slides and printed matter are prepared for practising healthcare professionals and are educational, not medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the attending clinician. Speakers' views are their own and do not necessarily represent the Organisers or partners.
03Intellectual property
Programme design, faculty recordings and printed material belong to the Organisers or are licensed to them. Personal, non-commercial note-taking is welcome; recording, rebroadcast or systematic reproduction of sessions without written permission is not.
04Photography at the venue
The symposium is photographed and recorded for documentation, press and future-edition communication. By attending you may appear in such material. Tell any secretariat desk on arrival if you prefer not to be photographed and we will make reasonable accommodations.
05Programme changes
The scientific programme, faculty and schedule may change for reasons beyond the Organisers' control (including speaker illness or travel disruption). Material changes are announced on this website and by email to registered delegates.
06Liability and governing law
The Organisers' liability for any claim arising from the symposium is limited to the registration fee paid. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
